Affiliate Marketing Specialist


The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible managing a variety of our customer relationship management platforms, focusing on lead management, and marketing automation to drive marketing results, and ultimately customer sales. This position will work cross functionally with internal business partners to leverage data and insights to aid in developing strategic digital marketing campaigns in order to drive traffic and profitable growth for HGH!


  • Is responsible for the success of an affiliate program and helps manage and scale an online lead volume.
  • Develops strategies to recruit new affiliates, negotiate deals between affiliates and their clients, and manage affiliate promotions.
  • Runs programs and stays on top of campaign management by answering vendor queries, creating branded materials, and identifying areas of programs that can improve.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of program metrics and sales traffic and prepares and submits reports to upscale essential products and improve sales methods.
  • Directs review and insights development from channel data; diagnoses and pin-points actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel strategy.

  • Supports analytical needs of business by understanding the purpose of the digital marketing efforts, provides a forecast to estimate impact, defines metrics for measurement, reports results in a timely manner and provides strategic recommendations to impact future digital marketing initiatives.
  • Performs ad-hoc deep dive analyses to uncover trends, areas of opportunity or areas of concern.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong quantitative background.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years experience in managing in-house digital performance; home services industries preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills. Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies
  • Highly proficient in using digital affiliate platforms such as Home Advisor, Angi'slist, Craftjack
