About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of traditional media campaigns across Direct Mail, Print, Out-of-Home, Radio, and TV.

This role will help keep campaigns organized by maintaining trackers, coordinating creative timelines, supporting vendor follow-up, reviewing assets, and tracking launch details across multiple brands and locations. The coordinator will also assist with creative testing, campaign recap reporting, and success metric review in partnership with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams.

Traditional and offline media will be the primary focus, with light support for select paid digital campaign documentation and performance readouts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaign execution across Direct Mail, Print, Out-of-Home, Radio, and TV.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, traffic sheets, timelines, creative details, attribution details, offer information, and launch documentation.
  • Support creative review and proofing to ensure assets align with campaign direction, offer details, brand requirements, attribution needs, and channel specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, media vendors, agencies, and production partners to keep campaigns on track.
  • Help organize and monitor campaign details, including flight dates, creative versions, market/location details, spend information, and vendor deliverables.
  • Support campaign implementation across multiple brands, locations, and markets.
  • Assist with campaign recap reporting by gathering performance metrics, creative results, campaign notes, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with the Creative team to review testing results, creative performance, message effectiveness, offer response, and success metrics.
  • Help summarize campaign learnings, performance trends, creative wins, and opportunities for future campaign planning.
  • Support select paid digital initiatives through campaign documentation, creative coordination, and performance readout support as needed.

Secondary Support

  • Assist with spend tracking, attribution monitoring, and post-launch performance review across traditional media channels.
  • Support A/B testing readouts and campaign wrap reporting across creative, messaging, offers, formats, and channel executions.
  • Help identify and escalate campaign issues, timeline risks, missing assets, tracking gaps, or notable performance trends that require follow-up.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing coordination, campaign operations, media execution, creative coordination, or performance marketing support.
  • Familiarity with traditional media channels such as Direct Mail, Print, OOH, Radio, or TV.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines and details at once.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, vendors, agencies, or production partners.
  • Ability to review campaign performance data and summarize key trends, results, and learnings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar dashboards.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands, locations, stakeholders, and campaign priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting creative testing, campaign readouts, A/B testing, or campaign wrap reporting.
  • Experience reviewing creative performance, success metrics, offer response, messaging results, or channel-level campaign results.
  • Experience working with agencies, creative teams, media vendors, print vendors, direct mail partners, or production partners.
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution, call tracking, lead tracking, or marketing performance reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills, including organizing data, reviewing spend/performance trends, building summaries, and working with formulas, pivot tables, or large data sets.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools to review, summarize, or visualize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Demand Gen, YouTube, or related campaign reporting tools.
  • Experience working in a multi-brand, multi-location, agency, home services, retail, or high-volume campaign environment is a plus.
